Ongoing Events:
Squash Box Ladder
The box league runs monthly, and is a good way to meet new players for a friendly competitive match. Players are grouped into boxes of 4-6 players, and get points for playing, winning a game, and winning each match; players move up or down each month depending on performance and results. Send us an email if you would like to join this league.
Drop-in Squash
Co-ed: Friday evenings 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm, courts are booked off for anyone wanting to drop in and pick up a game; all levels welcome.
Women's: Monday evenings 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm; all levels welcome.
There is also a facebook page started by Jacob, for people looking to find a pick-up game - if you want to find a game on short notice this can be a great resource: No LImits Squash Facebook Pickup page.

Coaching and Lessons
If you are interested in learning to play squash or would like to improve your game, email us ([email protected]) for coaching information. We can connect you with certified NCCP squash coaches to help you learn the game or bring your game to the next level.
If you are interested in taking the training to learn how to coach squash, contact us for details. We will host another coaching clinic when we have interested participants. The last two clinics took place October 2013 and November 2015, with funding from Pacific Sport Interior, the Coaching Association of Canada, Investors Group, and the Kamloops Blazers Sports Society - thank you for the support!
