League Rules
- #1 Players are the team captains
- matches are best of 5 games to 11, point every rally, games tied at 10-all must be won by 2 points
- the number 1 players will play each other each week, the number 2 players will play each other, and so on
- all matches must be reffed by the winner of the previous game of the court
- players report their match scores to their team captain; team captains will gather and report match scores to league administrators
- match scoring: 1 point for winning each game; teams will be deducted a point if a player is a no show
- if players feel they should be at a higher level, they may challenge the player above on their team for that position
- Subs:
- if you can't make your game, you must arrange a spare, ideally the same rank as yours or below. If you get a higher ranked sub, the match may be played however the points will be awarded to the other team
- if you can not make your match it is up to you to find a sub from the spare list, and to let your captain know
- sub protocol: (1) find a sub from the spare list or from the team with a bye for that evening (2) matches may be rescheduled outside the league night as a last resort. League matches should be played on league night for obvious reasons
